What Am I?
The apostle Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians, “By the grace of God, I am what I am”.
I am a follower of Christ.
I am a husband.
I am a father.
I am loved by multitudes (if you an believe that blurb I wrote about myself for Twitter.)
Jeff Goins recently wrote a book called You Are A Writer. In it he details how that he became a writer when he declared himself a writer. He also has challenged a good many people to declare themselves a writer.
I’ve been many things in life.
I’ve been a runner.
I’ve been a banker.
I’ve been a collector.
I’ve been, and still am, a manager.
I’ve told people that I would love to be a writer. I’ve been writing various blogs for almost four years now.
Never have I called myself a writer.
Now I do.
I am a writer.
Why?
Because I love it.
Because I want to do it.
Because I want to give God glory.
I am a writer.
What are you?
What am I?is a beautiful creation of God to spread His goodness and words. Catholic faith
I’m a Christ-follower, husband, dad, writer, engineer, manager, leader, runner, gardener, friend, blogger, sports enthusiast, … and the list goes on.

I am who I am, one create by God!
I think Paul was trying to make a Popeye reference, and it went over everyone’s heads…
Good post, Larry. You’re definitely a writer- a solid one.

These are theological questions to lengthy for the comment forum to contain.
Oh, there’s some theology there…I just don’t like what it tells me.
I too am a writer… I read Goins book, and love the idea of declaring yourself a writer…
Great words from Paul.
I’m a Christian, husband, father, writer, leader and…
I think the key is to start speaking it out.
