Finding Yourself

So many of us are trying to find ourself. I think this is where our midlife crises come from. We wake up one day not knowing who we are.

One buys a sports car.

Another trades in a wife.

Yet another quits his job and hikes the Appalachian Trail.

The problem is that we are lost.

All of us. We were born lost.

And we want to be found.

The cool thing is that we have someone who wants to find us.

We don’t have to worry about finding ourselves.

In Christ, we are found. In fact, we are more found in Jesus than in anything we can try to find ourself with.

Then life is incredibly more fulfilling than we thought possible.
